Today I released the official version of 2.1, a great thanks to all that participated in the Beta testing. The version can be downloaded from the Download section
I have already started the work on the next version (2.2). Version 2.2 will include a Provider interface, making it possible for others to write log providers to enable Log4Net Dashboard to display and analyze loges from other sources than SQL Server. This will even make it possible to use L4NDash to view log stored by “non log4net programs” as for example applications written in Java, which uses the Log4j framework. I will provide a “Windows Event Log” provider; this will make L4NDash a general purpose log viewer in Windows environment.
My current plan is to have a beta version ready within the timeframe of a month, i.e. a Beta will be available late January or early February.
