Hi,

There is a clerical error in log4net.Util.Transform at line 193. The regular express is written as "[^\x09\x0A\x0D\x20-\xFF\u00FF-\u07FF\uE000-\uFFFD]". According to the definition of XML characters,  "\u07FF" should be "\uD7FF".

log4net version: 1.2.10
